Stop Instagram access

In Worthinker, open Connected Platforms, choose Manage account for the Instagram account, and confirm Disconnect. This deletes its locally stored credentials and stops syncing. Previously saved posts and analytics are preserved, so disconnecting alone is not complete data deletion. You can also revoke Worthinker in Instagram's connected-app settings; follow the current labels shown by Instagram.

Stop YouTube access

Open Connected Platforms, choose Manage YouTube, and confirm Disconnect. This removes the local channel, encrypted Google credentials, and imported video and analytics records. It does not delete videos on YouTube. Revoke Worthinker at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions if you also want Google to drop the remote grant.

Stop TikTok access

Open Connected Platforms, choose the TikTok account, and confirm Disconnect. This removes local authorization and stops synchronization. Saved historical records remain until you request complete deletion through Contact. Revoke Worthinker in TikTok's connected-app settings as well.

Stop Gmail or Outlook access

Open Creator Inbox → Email settings & privacy, find the connected Gmail or Outlook account, and choose Disconnect. This deletes Worthinker's local mailbox credential and stops new screening. Gmail remote revocation is attempted when available; independently revoke Google access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. For Outlook, revoke Worthinker under Microsoft account or organizational consent settings at https://account.live.com/consent/Manage. Disconnecting does not delete original email at the provider and does not automatically remove opportunities or reviews already saved in Worthinker.

Delete imported Instagram data

Open Connected Platforms → Manage Instagram → Delete Instagram data, type DELETE INSTAGRAM DATA and confirm permanent deletion. For an already disconnected Instagram account, open Saved data from disconnected Instagram accounts on the same page. This removes the connection, imported profile/posts/analytics, received DMs, saved DM opportunities and generated Instagram experiments involving the account. Combined Instagram experiments may also be removed because their evidence cannot be separated safely. This does not delete original Instagram posts/messages, other connected accounts or manually confirmed collaborations. Use the complete account request process below if you also want independent records removed.

Clear received DMs and saved opportunities

Open Creator Inbox → Instagram, select the account and choose Stop receiving and clear messages. New deliveries are discarded for that receiving preference and received messages are cleared. Messages you explicitly saved as opportunities remain separately accessible under Saved opportunities; open each one and choose Delete opportunity to remove its saved text, analysis and draft. Previously confirmed collaborations or other linked records remain in their own sections.

Remove other selected records

Delete saved Inbox opportunities, codes, responses, ideas, content plans, and other editable records using their section controls. Remove uploaded agreement files through collaboration agreement controls. Creator Inbox’s Delete saved Gmail data control pauses Gmail processing and removes Gmail-derived opportunities, review histories, duplicate-screening identifiers, and attached Inbox documents. There is not currently a separate bulk Outlook-data button; delete individual Outlook opportunities or submit a verified Outlook-data deletion request. Manually entered records and separately approved deals, calendar events, and financial records remain unless you remove them separately. Removing an imported email from Worthinker does not delete the original email at Google or Microsoft.

Request complete account or imported data removal

Contact Worthinker through the Contact page with the subject data deletion request or Worthinker account deletion request. Include your Worthinker account email and, when relevant, the connected Instagram username, YouTube channel, TikTok account, Gmail address, or Outlook address so the correct records can be identified. State whether you want one provider's imported data removed or the entire Worthinker account. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Never send a password, access token, client secret, verification token, or app secret.

What happens next

The Instagram deletion control removes active imported records immediately when it succeeds. Disconnecting YouTube removes that channel's imported records immediately when it succeeds. Complete Worthinker account removal, retained TikTok history, and requests involving independent records require an operator to verify and process the request; the website does not claim automatic full account deletion. Revoking access or deleting Worthinker records does not delete your original Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or email-provider content. Hosting-provider backups may have a separate retention schedule.
